Hi guys

Right, so I'm outta trades and have a defensive donut to carry. Looking for POD captain choices and a forward to bench.

Mids are Ablett, Griffen, JPK, Swan, Pendles, Jelwood, Priddis, Mundy - these guys all PODs (vs Barlow, DanHan, Watson and Cornes)

Forwards Stevie J, JJK, Rocky, Cox, Walker Bartel, Buddy again all PODs (against NRoo, Dustbin, Cloke, A.Black and Staker)

Rucks I think should be even (me Roughy and Goldy vs them Mummy and Clarke)

Defence I will have Hanley and Staker vs Eski and 2 of Garland, Terlich, Geary and Vlastuin.

With the right captain call I think I can still get this, as I think I have the better forward line, but one of those guys needs to go to the bench. My immediate thought is JJK to bench but I'm also still not convinced on Buddy, and feel like JJK is probably due a good outing.

Thinking VC Jelwood, C Ablett or VC Swan, C Jelwood (opponent will likely VC Swan).

So, which forward to bench, and opinions on C/VC? - my loophole is in the Saints/GCS game so can't VC GAJ unfortunately...

Heeelllllllllllllppppp!!!

Sydney will not let Bartel loose in defense like Weagles did. Unfortunately I benched Bartel then he got highest score in fwds. But I'm doing it again for they should man him up. Otherwise bench JJK out of form Eagles should get smashed by Pies.

I'd VC Swan and C Selwood

Cheers ubeaut. Can't bring myself to bench Bartel over JJK...

Buddy has an ominous trend over the last five games: 100, 61, 119, 53, 101... looks like he's due a 55 :P
The only thing stopping me immediately benching JJK is that I cancel him out on my opponent's team ifI leave him on, and still have 4/6 POD forwards... PODs can go either way so I'm wondering is taking the punt on 5/6 POD forwards just leaves me open for being dragged under too...

I'm not very good at this taking risks thing haha

I believe Thompson is out.

Buddy did kick a bag vs North last year.

He warrants a start I reckon.

Valid - I didn't really think about Thompson being out.

Cheers!
Eh, I'm already on the back foot, caution be dammed, JJK meet my good friend Pine.

Mind those splinters.

Of course you should look at loopholing JJK so put the E on him I guess. Suppose it depends on who else you have there.

Yeah I would but have Daniher at F8 and he's named to play...
