Best ways to improve my team? Ranked in the top 500

Hi guys, so I'm pretty happy with my team overall, but I was wondering how best to improve it. 151k to spend (thanks to Nichols > Grundy last week).

Goddard, Heppell, Enright, Hartlett, Gibbs, Scotland (Grimes, Clisby)

Swan, Ablett, Barlow, Beams, Pendlebury, Griffen, Fyfe, J. Selwood (Crouch, M. Robinson)

Cox, Goldstein (Grundy, Currie) - Haven't had Blics all year if you can believe it! Yes I was a spud and completely missed the fact that Currie wasn't playing, plus I didn't even start with Goldstein, making my choice all the more bizzare :P

Martin, Rockliff, Bartell, N. Riewoldt, Jonhson, Kennedy (who I benched over Franklin last week...  ::) ), (Franklin, Staker)

So my current thoughts are to trade Goldstein to Minson (apart from his 137, he has been poor), and to turn Grimes into Hanley. However, thinking on it now, maybe I should turn Franklin into someone like Harvey, Cloke or Lewis? Alternatively, I could turn Fyfe into another elite mid like Jack, but Fremantle obviously have a good run coming up and that trade could well turn out to be counter-productive.

Cheers! (all round?!)

Wow. Great team  :)

Grimes to Hanley is a good trade. Not sure about Goldy to Minson. Minson has also had a couple of 70's recently and is up against Carlton and Kreuzer this week whereas Goldy is up against an out of form Jacobs. Minson has Melbourne in the final round so might be worth doing that trade in the next couple of weeks.

I would keep Fyfe as he's in pretty good form at the moment.

No wonder you are top 500. That is an awesome team.
Goldy has to go. Kruze or Minson are your best options.

Top team mate.

As for your dilemma, I'd look at going:

Grimes -> Hanley
Goldstein -> Kreuzer

As bad as Buddy has been, he's up against the Saints this week. Not only will they be out for blood, but 4 of the saints key defenders won't be playing. He should be solid, so I'd hold him for now.

I'm in a similar boat as I have Goldy as well, however I've got Cox in my forward line, so I'll more than likely dpp him out for a premo fwd rather.

Blueboys

Good team, all you can really do is fine tune your team in the finals, check players who will score high in the next game and so on....

Grimes-->Hanley seems a good trade.
No love for Berger? Brisbane have a soft draw

Thanks for the comments guys, it's difficult to decide between Kreuzer, Minson and Luey, but at the moment I'm leaning more towards Minson, as he is quite unique and yet still has a relatively easy draw. Seems like Grimes to Hanley is a bit of a no-brainer, but I guess the problem then is who do I bench?!  ;)

Never thought i would say it, but Gibbs is a prime bench candidate. He has been down on form and playing deep in defence.
