Final upgrade - Which option

Poll just about says it all I think. Probably leaning towards the Priddis one but thoughts greatly appreciated. As the poll says only have 2 trades but I wouldn't mind going into the finals with 1.

Team is as follows:

Def: Goddard, Gibbs, McKenzie, Ibbotson, Hartlett, Hibberd (Wilson, Oxley)
Mid: Ablett, Pendlebury, Swan, Selwood, JPK, Dangerfield, Cotchin, Priddis (Mitchell, Martin)
Ruc: Goldstein, Nicholls (Gorringe, McBean)
Fwd: Stevie J, Roughead, Cox, Walker, Rockliff, JJK (Staker, Burbury)

With just 2 trades I'd hold.

Cox to rucks, Staker onto field. Hopefully next week Nicholls is back.

Yeah should have added I'm happy to cover with Staker this week, relatively easy league games and top 4 assured in major leagues, SHOULD make the 8 pretty comfortably in the others also. Not vital league matches for the final round.

To be honest I was leaning towards the Priddis -> Griffen trade, but the poll says otherwise.

As I see it, here are their averages for the remaining 5 games in my eyes

Priddis - 90-95
Griffen - 120+

Nicholls - 90
Bartel - 100-110

Think Nicholls is still a suitable R2, like I said can cover with Staker this week and not big league matches anyway.

Also wondering if 1 trade will be enough for finals.

Priddis to Griffen is my choice, better lift in points. Playing Nicholls at R2 is risky though.

One option is to go for broke, Priddis to Griff, Nicholls to Rioli. Can you afford?

But, I would really try and hold, you never know what finals will bring.

Nah I can't, 15k short. Swear Cyril was below 400k, ah well.

Guess a couple key questions are:

1) Is 1 trade enough for finals?
2) Which will give a bigger points lift? (I say Griffen as well)
3) How risky is playing Nicholls as R2?

$15k short, ah that is annoying!!

I think most people will have around 2 trades, so 1 is a bit light to get through 4 weeks if finals mayhem. But if you have a full team and good coverage, and your head says do it, then do! Just need to fit into your budget.

Kinda glad I didn't grab Bartel, not a horrible score but I'm not using my second last trade on someone to get 90s so I think it's come down to is it worth using my second last trade on Priddis -> Griffen

I'm starting to lean towards no, can loophole Priddis and Mitchell this round and rd23 but no others.
