Hi all,

In a bit of a pickle with what to do this week - both Nic Nat & Nicholls out so bringing in VARDY for NICHOLLS as a POD and hopefully a 80ish ave for remainder of year.

Also going to Trade out NIC NAT using MPP with STAKER but undecided who to bring in and I can afford anyone.

Current backline reads:-
GOD, HEPPELL, GIBBS, HARLETT, ELLIS ??? Emerg: CLISBY, SAUNDERS

Thinking MCKENZIE as GC have a relitavle easy run home (w.c, Melb, port, St Kilda, GWS)
Other options:-
IBBO - has dropped of with duffman coming back and can't trust him TBH
M.JONO - Has been a lot more consistant of late but also reluctant to trust him.
HEATER - Frustration central, either goes big or 60

Thoughts would be appreciated

Enright, Hanley, and Trent Mckenzie are your safest options.

Henderson could do well, but if he gets a tag he will do what birchall and hanley did earlier in the year.
Ibbo has been in crap form and could come back, but who knows.
MJ has been good, but can also have some stinkers.
Heater has a pretty tough run and if you're ok with the rollercoaster then he's a decent option.
Bob murphy is another smokey worth looking into.

not interested in any melbourne players as fantasy options this year really. If I was looking around his price I would think DUFFIELD would be the best option. Melbourne don't get enough of the footy to be relevant fantasy options IMO.

Don't mind ENRIGHT as an option but not sure he is as relevant as he has been in previous years. looking at the runs home of a couple of them GC and FREO have the best finishes IMO

Yeah fair call. I see you're bringing in Vardy, something I'm considering. Are we sure he will keep his spot in the leadup to the finals? Geelong currently play 3 ruckmen in the 21, with West replacing Simpson this week. Pods is in good form and will return next week. They're every chance of ditching either West or Vardy and just having Blicavs as support. Gives them more run. Bet it happens when they travel West to play the Eagles... Vardy is in good form though.

Happy to take the VARDY risk even if he gets dropped he should make some decent $$ and be able to be upgraded easily. I just don't see GRUNDY holding his place and NIC NAT and NICHOLLS may be out for extended periods. The rucks outside of COX are really hit and miss so I see more value in getting in a 'premium' back and taking the VARDY risk.
