start by getting rid of mcmahon for a cheaper option.
eg. houlihan + you get 150, 000
      or malceski + 100,000

I'd be a bit worried with Kruezuer as my No. 2 ruckman.  He's only in his 2nd year and in my opinion will struggle to have a consistent inury-free year.  I'd look at upgrading him.  For another $11,000 you can pick up McIntosh.

Seems like you should have alot of cash spare with that team. No real premium backs. I would try and get a few more premium players in your side. You have only 3 and still have a lot of rookies and mids.
