Benching issues

Here is my current team (Ordered only in value)

Backs: Goddard, Gibbs, Ibbotson, Houli, Hanley, Duffield (Ellis, Clisby)
Mids: Ablett, Pendlebury, Griffen, Swan, Mundy, Jelwood, Kennedy, Mitchell (Crouch, Boston)
Rucs: Kreuzer, Leuenberger (Nicholls, McBean)
Fwds: Cox, Naitanui, Kennedy, Franklin, Martin, Rocky (Staker, Oxley)

As mentioned previously i'm having trouble deciding on who to bench in my Backs, Rucs and Fwds, so here is a little info on my players i'm tossing up on benching:

Backs:
Goddard: Won't bench him, been the most consistent back men all year.
Gibbs: Has had scores of only 59 and 69 in his last 2 and plays NM who he has had 74, 139 and 112 on in his last 3.
Ibbotson: Been very consistent with a 5 rnd average of 104 an plays Rich where he had 83 on in Rnd 5 this year.
Houli: Been out injured for his last 2 and plays Freo where he had 113 on earlier this year.
Hanley: Been in solid form with a 3rnd average of 102 and plays Melb who he has had 104, 124 and 99 on in his last 3.
Duffield: Been out injured for his last 2 and plays Rich where he has had 139, 47 and 92 on his last 3.
Ellis: Hasn't been setting the world on fire lately but plays Freo where he had 134 on them earlier this year.

Rucs:
Leuey: Been in awesome form and plays Melb, who let Dawson Simpson have 55 hitouts last week! Won't bench him!
Kreuzer:Been in incredible form (Averaging 112 over his last 6) but comes up against NM where he has never scored over 84 on.
Nicholls: Been very solid since debuting and plays a undermanned Collingwood rucks up at Metricon.

Fwds:
Cox: Been very average lately and plays Sydney where he has only had 74, 121 and 87 on in his last 3.
Naitanui: Has had 3 very poor games in a row and plays Sydney where he has only had 66, 107 and 57 on in his last 3.
Kennedy: Has been very consistent this year but has never scored over 91 against Sydney.
Franklin: Had a week off with injury and comes up against the doggies who he loves and has had 109 and 118 in his last 2.
Martin: Finally had a good score again last week with 120 and had 115 on Freo earlier this year. Prob won't bench.
Rocky: Comes off a magnifcent game last week and plays the Dees who he should demolish out of the middle, or pocket. Not benching.
Staker: Comes off 2 110's! and plays the Dees who he should be getting plenty of supply up fwd.

So what are your thoughts? I'm leaning to benching Duffield, Kreuzer and Nicnat

P.S Its a must win game and my opponent has the likes of Goddard, Ibbo, Gibbs, Hanley, NicNat, Cox, Staker, Kennedy, Franklin, Martin and Rocky

Back: Duffman is still out isn't he? so that solves that.
Ruck: Kreuzer emergency with Nicholls on the field and if u like kreuz's score then put mcbean on.
Forward: Buddy emergency and staker on the field and if u like buddys score put oxley on.

I thought Duffield was meant to be back this week? Was listed as 1 week away from returning last week. Also, is Houli back? Probably bench one of those 2 or possibly Ellis.

"Paul Duffield has recovered from a calf injury while Nic Suban was a late withdrawal from the derby and both are in the best 22. Duffield hasn't played since round 14 against Geelong but Ross Lyon suggested he should come straight in."

Thanks for your advice guys. Pretty sure ill do that but unsure on using on of Staker and Franklin as my bench. Should botch score more than NicNat, Cox and Kennedy. Haha funny tor01doc!
