ranked 425th need some advice :)

Hey guys, been a while since i posted. Have been shocked that i am ranked 425th in supercoach seeing i don't alter my team on weekends due to work. I'm in a bit of a rutt. Not sure what to do with my team? Here it is anyways.

Backs God, Heppell, gibbs, Hartlett, Hanley, Ibbo bench Goodes, Clisby
mids Gablett, Priddis, Cotch, Barlow, Lids, Pendles, Swan, Danger bench t mitchell, crouch
rucks Cox, Nicholls bench Maric?????, gorringe
forwards dusty, j kennedy, t rock, jimmy bartel, roughy, buddy??? bench staker, bennedy.
8 trades 31,800 bucks.

My thoughts
Option A: trade gorringe to mcbean and buddy to nic nat? Reason for this is, buddy is having a cloke 2012 year and frustrating every owner of him. Nicnat is a staple in most teams and at 527k is cheap as. This leaves 4 dpps (mcbean, cox, nicnat, rough) for switching if need be. I'd probs play nicholls over ivan atm for the ruck if i did this trade with nicnat f6. it then leaves me too wait a week on ivan then pull the pin, trade him for cash and bring stevie j in for ben kennedy and play nicnat as r2.
Basically
This week Gorringe to Mcbean and Buddy to Nic Nat
Next Ivan-Grimley and Ben Kennedy to Stevie J

Option B trade gorringe to mcbean and then trade ivan to big will. Ivan is struggling and big will is a very unique bloke amongst the top 500. This will give me the option of getting stevie j next week. Will stays r2 with nicholls bench cover.
Basically
Gorringe to Mcbean and Ivan for Will
Ben Kennedy- rookie Buddy to Stevie J

It basically comes down to Nic nat verse Big Will. Who will average more for 2012?  I'd like to hear everyones opinions :) Cheers for anyone that helps!

First of all congrats on your team - Solid team all around.

Personally I wouldn't be trading just yet as I believe you will gain ground the last few rounds once all the top guys burn most of their trades.

In regards to Nic Nat - He has underperformed a bit this year - 95 average the past 5 rounds and 171 b/e I don't think he is worth punting Maric for him.

I'd be looking to bring in Stevie J for possibly Franklin. He should be hungry back from suspension and with 5 games still at Simmonds hopefully should average 120+ for the rest of the year.

This would mean you would have to make a downgrade to free up the cash - If you don't want to downgrade Goodes, what about bennedy if it strengthens your team?

I am a little concerned with Nic Nat with rumours that he is getting injections each game for his knee problems.  This may also account for the apparent fade out late in games if true.

Prefer option B
With rucks sorted this week and forwards next week

Bennedy to Lee who will be on the bubble if named for Saints this week.
Just hope SJ does not smash his B/e of 116 this week and go up too much.

Im gonna get Stevie J this week, he has a b.e of 116 as you said and is capable of going much higher than that. It will give me anothr week to look at who to get for Ivan next week. I think Stevie J is an essential and im confident in Nicholls/maric matching/betterering buddy this week :)
