Houli and Hibberd vs Gibbs and Mckenzie, who would you choose ?

Hey guys with a few issues in my back line i've decided to trade out Birch and Vlastuin and i've narrowed down my options to Houli and Hibberd or Gibbs and McKenzie. Personally i think i should go with the safer option in 1 but ranked at 26k option 2 wouldn't be so bad either
