Forgetting to take the captaincy of Heppell when i used him as the loophole captain the week before whilst ranked in top 20
Trading in Hartlett instead of Hanley
Not starting with The Chad

in all seriousness ... i duno how u can say this is a mistake? ... it would of been bad coaching to bring in hunter over hrovat given one is bubbling and the other it was unknown ... hind sight is a wonderful thng

Starting with Jacobs and Maric as my 'set and forget rucks'.
Going with Karny as he was all the rage through the NAB cup.
My only two bad trades all year but I've made plenty of mistakes with rookies playing on the field.
Missed out on 600+ on fielding Viney in front of O'Meara, and Wines in front of Crouch and what not. Could've been ranked in the top 500, but instead I'm 1,900. Ugggh.

My biggest mistake was getting 'value premiums' over ultra premiums such as Murphy, Fyfe, and luey over Pendles, Mitchell and Goldy/Minson. Also picking up Daisy and starting Buddy and Karny over Dwyer and Dusty

Hindsight is a wonderful thing but considering they would be my mid 10 and I could not care less what they do for the rest of the year, it stings a little

Yeah so the way the season has panned out I should have gone with a mid price strategy..... Guns and rookie strategy had failed!!

Trading Zorko > Westhoff > Daisy! (Noob I know ::))

Lessons learned:
- Lower mid pricers (200-300K) are useless.
- Never trade the flavor of the month!

I'm going to wait until the end of the year before i ponder this. I'm sure the BIGGEST mistake is still to play out.

At the moment the contenders are more omissions from my team than trades or who I have.

JJK - didn't have him from the start, and don't get on him earl as i was busy making sure my Rookies were all dead right.
Walker - went to get on him, the week he had a bad game. I thought the bubble had burst and steered clear :(
Minson and Goldie - i have neither. Went with Maric and 3 rookies to start, then traded Karnezis to Leuenberger when Berger came back and it was apparent that Karenzis was a mistake. Still have Maric and Nichols at R2. Liquidated Berger two weeks ago to complete my team.

If I started with Goldy instead of Jacobs I would be in the top 50.

Starting and keeping Zorko and Rockliff. AND the real big one TWICE trading during a round to see what it looks like and finding no reverse trade button as the round was in progress, TWICE, TWICE. This time was out Macaffer and Rowe for Daniher and Bartel. All I need now to take the cake is for Bartel not to play. The other one resulted in having Pendlebury so I don't really have a lot to dog about, just my own stupidity. :D
