I know i'm low on trades but am still planning to do 2 next week to complete my team leaving me with 5 for injuries, etc. next weeks trades based on whether vlastuin and mundy dont go down too much in price will be:

Mundy > Watson
Vlastuin > Shaw

After the R13 bye, guys you could look at grabbing are Griffen, Watson, Shaw, Oxley (to cash up only really) and any other really really cheap dud who will just allow a cash grab.

Those dragging your team down might include

Def - Goodes and Vlastuin - so H Shaw and maybe Heppel, Hibberd, Duff or Ibbotson.
Mids - Mundy and Selwood -> Griffen, Watson, Cotchin
Rucks -> great here
Fwds - Bluddy Buddy! -> Walker or Bartel but maybe just hold as he is in a lot of teams.
