This one could be close. Not playing Roughy and having Waite cost us 96 points, gonna be gutted if we lose by that margin or less. Parker didn't do as well as we hoped and could have either been Nathan Jones or David Mundy who will play later today and probably produce something greater than Parker's effort. A big performance from Jelwood as captain is needed and hopefully Vossy doesn't ruin Rocky's score today.

Ibbotson gets revenge on Maca24

2012 Mexico City Premiership Player Garrick Ibbotson described it as a 'bitter sweet' sensation after being involved in EurAsia's upset victory over AAP Alliance. After being a crucial part of Mexico City's premiership last year, he was unceremoniously traded last year. Maca24, the coach of both Mexico City, and the AAP Alliance, has yet to comment.

EurAsia's upset was huge! And it was the back line that was the different with an early injury to Shannon Hurn basically forcing Mexico City to 14 players, while Pearce Hanley suffered an early knock. In comparison, Heath Shaw and Bryce Gibbs were magnificent for EurAsia.

AAP Alliance's midfield of Swan, Ablett, Pendlebury and Watson didn't disappoint! But it was the unsung heroics of Worlds medalist Patrick Dangerfield, the amazingly in form Ryan Griffenn and EurAsia captain Kieran Jack that was insprising.

Matthew Stokes has had a fairy tale year, with Berlin desperately trying to trade him at the end of season 2012. But he was terrific, while former EurAsia and current Brewer superstar Lance Franklin didn't make the team!

And final hats off to London and EurAsia coach is Ringo! Inspiring his team to a massive 183, and made the ballsy choice of not selecting a single Royal in the final 15!

Veteran Black leads WA to victory over Vic M

Simon Black, in probably his last season, has won the Western Australia medal as WA scored an impressive victory. Black, Swallow and first year player O'Meara was terrific. While Michael Barlow and Travis Cloke were impressive for Vic M.

Despite the heroic efforts of Tasmanian Colin Garland, the Internationals were simply too good across the park. Leigh Montagna lead from the front as International captain, and a three pronged ruck-attack was too much for the relatively short NSW/ACT/TAS.
