Well guys, thanks to the Docs genius I traded Mullet OUT and Ablett in with great success!!! Knocked off my opponent and scored a record high (for me) 2217 so confidence is sky high!!!!!

Now I have 19 trades left and have $2700 left.

Immediate thoughts were to move Wines on for Priddis, Stevenson/Patton for ??

Ideas folks??

Wines to Priddis is fine

I would then do Stevenson to Sierakowski or Thurlow or

Depending on whether you like risks or not, Swap Cox back to forwards and Trade Rowe to Daw. Will give you flexible ruck set up of Berger, Daw and Gawn.

When able would look at sideways Witts to a rookie mid bringing Blicavs back to Ruck as well.

When Staker is on the bubble would trade Patton to Staker.

You need to have trading plan developed for your 19 trades to try and get prems in. Trust this helps.

Also, he is playing Bartel out of position.

Blicavs will be gone very soon from there and is worth cashing in more than Witts in my opinion as he's at least made some money and would never really be worth playing on field.

So if Bartel and Cox move forward - that line is finished - rate it about 9/10 - no SJ and no Nic Nat and no NRoo and Walker if you rate him.

Or Cox could stay R1 and get NicNat forward instead as it makes no difference either way.

Are you suggesting Gawn / Daw / Blicavs as R2-4?

Grabbing NicNat into R1 with Berger and then Rowe / Gawn - is fine - Daw would be icing on the cake but you'd have to jump on ASAP ie this week.

So leave Stevenson and forget about Thurlow / S'kowski and maybe

Wines and Rowe out = $not enough to get Daw - wow he's gone up. Too late she cried.

Wow. Lots of options coming through now.

You could dump Cloke.
You could dump Hartlett.

To get Daw, you need to lose Wines plus probably more than you will be keen to.

I think your team needs a fair bit of work.  Many trades down with heaps of upgrades still to go.  Patton is injured for the rest of the season so you need to get that money on the park.

I would put bartel fwd by cutting patton.  Add a mid rookie (lonergan simply for great JS). Cut away stevenson and put goodes back in backline, add cachia (should play due to betts, yarran injured and ellard injured).

This week
Patton > Lonergan (Bartel to fwd line)
Stevenson > Cachia (goodes to backline)
Gives 310K in bank

Next week
Blicavs > Thurlow (vlauston into mids)
Wines > Jobe watson.
210K bank

Week after
Rowe>staker
Caff/dwyer>nic nat
not much left

Week after get more mid upgrades (prob omeara to bottomed out prem like selwood)

WOW WOW WOW there is alot to contemplate over a hot cup of cocoa.

Clearly whats missing is a plan for the future. Being a rookie I have never considered such a thing, live week to week has been my motto, kinda like my life!! How does one develop such a plan???

OK so after much poring over showerloads of info and staring at break evens, im convinced I need priddis this week, mad if i didnt considering cash to be made, obvious out is wines.

Doc, love the way your mind works for seeing the bigger picture, u need to give lessons, ud make a mozza!!!! For the love of pete i cant see a way to get daw (obvious upgrade target for Naitanui) without sacrificing and keeping stevo. Obviously the big guy is going to make plenty $, he is coming up against cox n naitanui this week so he may score poorly (i hope).

Stevenson OUT Goodes move to def Cachia (pending team selection) leaves $78,700

Cox to FWD rowe bench ruck, gawn on the ground, caf to fwd bench, bartel to fwd, dwyer to mid bench with blicavs, viney on the ground.

Only negative is if i move goodes i got all my def/mid swings in def.

Am i on the right track here fellas or am I way off!!!!!!! Im determined to "DONT THINK DO SOMETHING"

To get Daw this week and I would as he will be $250k plus next week is Return Cox to Forward via Rowe Dpp and trade Rowe to to Daw as a virtual straight swap. 

Then develop your plan for the next couple of weeks.

Stevenson to Thurlow on the Bubble
McAffer to Premium mid you can afford returning Bartel to Forward line

Week after Patton to Staker if on the bubble
Plenty to think about but go with gut feel as it is always right.


Will give you a strong forward line of
Cox, Rockliff, Bartell, Franklin, Cloke, Martin set

Ask yourself this: why do I want Daw?

If it is for R2, then get him this week. Otherwise it will be a wasted opportunity and he will rise more than Priddis.

If it is for money, then I think it is too late as there will be other cash cows.

One thing to remember is that there is a lot of advice given here/  It is your team you digest everything that is offered as coaches do have differing opinions and then make your decision based on your gut feel for team.  Gut is seldom wrong.
