Laird or Vlastuin?

Do I take a little extra job security in vlastuin, or pocket the extra 40k in laird? My backline is:
Goddard, Gibbs, Hanley, Hartlett, Birchall, Pittard, Stevenson, Terlich. I will be downgrading Stevenson. Any advice would be great.
