Schoenmakers Injury.

@AFL_AdamMcNicol: Clarkson says Schoenmakers has probably suffered a season-ending knee injury.

One can only hope that this is not the case for this bloke.  If true Hawks have lost 2 of their backs in Suckling and now Schoenmakers for the season.

Great win by the Hawks though and don't they love Launceston.

Yeah shocking luck for him, hopefully it's not that bad but I fear the worst. Had improved and bulked up quite a bit over the pre season and is an integral member of the back 6 although he still struggles a bit against the big big boys like tommahawk and cloke. Lake will surely play now, without his recruitment we would be in some serious strife. Good win by the boys today, great first quarter never really gave them a chance and I thought Birchall was outstanding all day. Buddy seems to be kicking a lot straighter this year too.
