In the first 3 rounds playing new role running out of defence.

Is he worth getting in for Zorko?

If he keeps that running half-back role, yes! Yarran is playing up forward, while Walker is the play maker out of defence. Really depends on his security in that role.

This is true, because he went forward in the pies game which is the one where he scored low, I assume if he is getting more ball back there he would stay there though?

Very tempting and is playing as well as any time in career. But too risky for me. Better last week if at all any way. As u say it's dependent on his role. he is a bloody good forward and who else is there when waite is nijured?

He's a bit prone to getting injured when you can least afford it, I can see the reasoning is solid, but I'd still be wary.

I'm not sure he can keep it up or if he does teams will tag him and I don't reckon he'll handle the attention well. I probably wouldn't pick him  :-\

Im a passionate Carlton fan, I have been going to 15+ Carlton games a year since Walker was drafted & im not certain whether he'll spend more time foward or back this year, he'll probably be a swing man all season. Personally i think he should play largely as a foward that has spells in the midfield. Proven to be a good impact player in the mids. He kicked 56 (if i remember right) goals in 2011 so he's a quality foward. Also if Walker is playing as a Fwd/Mid it allows Yarran to play off half back, when Yarran's at his absolute best he reminds of Andrew McLeod, and i loved Andrew McLeod!

For supercoach though, i'd give him a miss. Not enough clarification on his role in the side.

some very interesting insights, cheers to all :)

I am seriously considering bringing him in for Zorko otherwise will go with Martin or Westhoff.
