Well Kommer out for two weeks has me looking at my options. I would generally hold him but being able to afford Leuy before his price rises is making me think twice.

Here is my team

It does mean that Blicav's sits in my mid string but if Leuy is a keeper then it doesn't really matter.

(Note: I tried subbing a fwd to the mid and then coxy to the fwd...wouldn't let me do 2 subs in the trade :()

Should I hold? or pull the trigger. The more I think about it the more I feel inclined to pull the trigger but thoughts?

I'm not sure what the trade you're suggesting its?
Kommer out, Blicavs to Mid, Leuey in?
Then sub Cox and Rowe (Cox to fwd, Rowe to R2), Leuey sub from the bench to the R2 with Rowe to bench.
I think it's good personally, I would go for it. The only reason not to would be if you see Kommer making so much cash that it's worth him sitting idle for a later trade.

I think Leuey has potential to be a keeper, or at least earn enough cash that if his body fails again he can be a straight swap for a keeper.

I think there is an 80% chance he will become a keeper but even if he doesn't, at that price his value is too good. Bring him in mate

I reckon I would keep Kommer. He has done enough to get straight back in the Essendon team and still has plenty of cash to make. Not to mention he is perfect to use for the captain loophole for a few weeks.

As for Leuenberger being a keeper, I think the jury is still out on that one. My guess is he will average around the 100 mark, which is fine for a ruckman, but any less than that and you would be looking to swap him to someone else later on.

I reckon you should do this:

Blicavs > Leuenberger

Then swap Rowe with Cox.

Blicavs still has a bit of money to make, but you will gain an extra premium in your forward line, plus the potential for Leuy to be a keeper as well. Worst case (which is what I may do) is swap Cox back into the ruck and side trade a 450k Leuenberger for the likes of Pavlich, Zorko, Robinson or Walker, who will all fall in price.
