UTI - Petterd 80, Conca 103
Emerg - B. McLean 139, J. Frost 36, J. Brown 119

Clearly tanking with McLean and J. Brown as our emergencies lol.

McLean comes in for Anthony DNP which is handy.

15/1,310 + 20 = 1,330

At least it looks like we'll be enjoying an early draft pick at the NAT draft.

Well done Werewolves

Ringo

Full update will be done in a couple of hours - Got distracted by Masters Golf - Well done Adam Scott,

Some close games overall and will just finish off the analysis.

Ringo

Well Round 3 is now complete

We have 3 undefeated teams  (Falcons. Hawks and Hurricanes) and 3 Teams yet to post a win (Swaggers, Giants and Lobsters) Table will be updated soon.

Some very close results with Home Ground Advantage getting a couple of the Teams home.

Bradford Badgers 27.16.178 defeated Birmingham Bombers 27.14.176.
Late changes nil
In the game of the round two of the favoured teams went at it hammer and tongs in a high scoring game. The game went down to the wire with the enthusiastic home crowd getting the Badgers home by 2 points.
Best Players:
Badgers: Captain Trent Cotchin led the way ably assisted by Ryan Griffen, Jared Brennan (Playing his best game for the Badgers) Andrew Swallow and Michael Barlow
Bombers: Justin Westhoff, Dean Cox, Captain Marc Murphy, Cyril Rioli and Hamish Hartlett.

Newcastle Falcons 24.13.157 defeated Stains Steins 21.16.142
Late changes Nil
Falcons comfortably defeated the Staines at home. Injury to Steins defender Luke McPharlin early in first quarter hindered Steins chances.
Best Players
Falcons: Captain Jobe Watson, Daniel Hannebery, Shaun Burgoyne,Ben McEvoy
Steins: Captain Ryan O'Keefe, Chris Judd, Nick Riewoldt, Ricky Henderson

Crosby Cruisers 25.14.164 defeated Hebden Bridge Hedgehogs 25.13.163
Late Changes - Phil Davis replaces Ryan Harwood for Cruisers.
This was a very hard fought contest decided by just 1 point with the Cruisers home crowd cheering their team on for their first win of the season. Is this the start of the Cruisers climb up the ladder,
Best Players:
Cruisers: Travis Boak, Jarrad McVeigh, Captain Jack Reddan, Steve Johnson in his first game for the Cruisers, Daniel Jackson
Hedgehogs: Dustin Martin, Scott Selwood, Captain Brent Stanton, Luke Parker, Nathan Jones.

Huddersfield Hawks 26.13.169 defeated Nottingham Hoods 25.14,164
Late changes Nil
Another close game but result may have been different if injury had not ravaged the Hoods.  The Hoods had to play 2 players out of position effecting structure and scoring. Watch the Hoods when full team are available. Hoods also suffered from a below par game from Captain Gary Ablett,
Best Players:
Hawks: David Armitage, Captain Josh P Kennedy, Sam Mitchell, Matthew Broadbent.
Hoods: Chris Masten, Luke Hodge, Scott Pendlebury,Andrew Walker

Winchester Warewolves 24.13.157 defeated Swindon Swaggers  22.15.147
Late Changes Nil
Another hard fought game with the Swaggers desperately tying to break through for the first win but just falling short with the home ground advantage too great. Swaggers cause not helped by a season ending injury to young and upcoming key forward Jonathan Patton.  Is the Swaggers Coaches patience wearing thin with Captain Tom Rockliff who is not performing as expected.
Bets Players:
Warewolves: Captain Matt Priddis, Nathan Fyfe, Ben Cunnington, Michael Hibberd
Swaggers:  Liam Shiels, Grant Birchill, Tom Rockliff, Jack Trengrove.

Swansea Breakers  24.15.159 defeated Liverpool Lobsters 22.13.145
Late Changes Nil.
A comfortable win to the Breakers against the luckless Lobsters, Daniel Rich showed a welcome return to form for the Breakers and trust this continues.
Best Players:
Breakers: Daniel Rich,  Captain Dane Swan, JJ Kennedy, Leigh Montagna, Brent Moloney
Lobsters: Captain Harley Bennell, Mitch Duncan, Todd Goldstein, Shaun Grigg, Michael Walters

Hastings Hurricanes  23.14.152 defeated Manchester Magic 20.14.134
Late Changes Brandon Ellis replaced Beau Waters and Jeremy Cameron playing out of position replaced Jake Batchelor for the Magic and Stefan Martin replaced Aaryn Sipposs  for Hurricanes,
Couple of late changes really hurt the Magic as did a really below par performance from Captain Tom Liberatore who could not repeat his heroics of last week. Coach may relieve him of Captaincy to find some form.
Best Players:
Hurricanes: Kane Cornes, Brendon Goddard, Angus Monfries, David Mundy and Captain Patrick Dangerfield
Magic: Callan Ward, Jack Darling, Lance Franklin, Rory Sloane

Leeds Leeches 26.14.171 defeated Oxford Owls 23.14.152
Late changes Easton Wood replaced Rhyce Shaw for Owls.
Comfortable win for the Leeches here. Owls suffered a considerable blow in first quarter with replacement Easton Wood forced off with a Hamstring injury and took no further part in the game.
Best Players:
Leeches: Captain Brett DeLidio, Luke Shuey. Nick Malceski, Lenny Hayes, Tom Hawkins
Owls: Jack Steven, Captain Scott Thompson, Oliver Wines (who continues to impress in his first year), Travis Cloke

Bilston Bunnies 23.15.153 defeated Grope Lane Giants 20.13.133
Late changes Brock McLean replaces Liam Anthony for Giants.
Bunnies have their first win of the season against the Luckless Giants.  Giants coach Nails can not seem to take a trick with selections dropping both McLean and Brown this week (McLean gaining a reprieve though) and Brown responded with a BOG performance in reserves. Will the coach re-instate this week.
Best Players
Bunnies: Ben Howlett, Richard Douglas, Jude Bolton, Chris Mayne, Patrick Ryder
Giants: Brock McLean, Mitch Wallis, Reece Conca, Matthew Wright

All about building culture at the Swaggers at the moment!

Liam Shiels was particularly good this week after a poor start to the season.

Great write up Ringo!
