My pick of the forwards

I've already traded JPK--> Moloney and have $351,400 and want to get rid of Karnezis, which gives me $589,900 to pick up a new forward with.

Forward line at the moment: JJK, Zorko, Rockliff, Bartel, Macaffer, Neade, Dwyer

Do I

a) take Monfries- due for a price rise, leaves me with a nice little bank, but probably won't output as well against tougher opposition

b) take Westhoff- due for an even bigger rise, leaves me with ~50k less in the bank, and also probably won't output as well against tougher opposition (although did score 113 against Adelaide in 2012)

c) take Cox - leaves not much in the bank (~70k), is probably going to drop slightly in price, but could have a big score against the Dees

d) take a different forward. Any thoughts?

Your input would be greatly appreciated - this is a big trade on the cusp of the bubble...

If you were to go for cox, it could work very well because i personally think he is wasted in the forward line when he could be in the rucks. If you brought in cox for a big game this week, then let him sit then move him into the rucks and trade a ruck  (perhaps an underperforming leuey after the price rise ends or injury etc) for a returned steve johnson, cheap lance franklin, paul chapman etc.  ;)

I have Jacobs and Berger in the ruck at the moment, with Blicavs and Daw on the bench. So it's a nice idea to trade out Blicavs at some point and move Cox in, or even Berger if he's being a dick.

Yeh Cox is probably the one for me mate. Port have had a nice start but have Adelaide this week so it will be interesting to see how the boys go against quality opposition
