Trade Docherty/Frost -> Crouch by swinging Goodes into the backline. This gives you another playing rookie who could potentially outscore every midfield rookie.
If you have enough cash, then trade Varcoe -> Josh J Kennedy who will easily outscore Varcoe.

I also goodes in defence as Goodes being in the mids take the spot of a player like Crouch i am not sure schulz is a very good you may want to look elsewhere for a fwd that will score regular hundreds Monfries & Kennedy seem to be doing that at the moment.
