I was the same I've left crouch on the Feild hope it pays off. Can you still change during the lock out ?

No, you can move Crouch on or off before he plays, but O'Meara is locked into wherever you put him now.

How do you change them on or off I don't have the option to cheers and I'm kicking my self as I'm playing Whitfield hope he plays well

if some one has played a game you cannot change them at all unless they didnt play then you can sub them. :)
