Well guys i had a few requests for updates throughout the season so i thought i would put up my round 1 score.

Basically for those that dont know i have made a team with 7 rookies and 1 premium midfielder. I have loaded up eveywhere else to see what happens

Anyway down to it.

So overall pretty happy with my team after round 1.Have $173 500 left. Pretty dissapointed with Franklin and Watts along with zorko (Like most people) however im going to give them all at least another week to prove themseleves worthy of my team

The only trade i am thinking of this week is toumpas out for a yet undecided player however im still not sure if i am going to do it.

What's the strategy as the season wears on, trade 7 mid rookies for premiums? Interesting strategy n not a bad score first up! Beat mine and I'm loaded with guns!

you need one more more reliabe mid rook otherwise it looks pretty good.

crouch should be named this week keep an eye out for him, may be sub but you can get him in or not before the game for toumpas or mitchell

vlastuin was excellent in the vfl also so he may be the one to bring in for toumpas on the ground if he is named and not sub.

steven and hill should both be better this week with full games, hill needs to get some match fitness but will be a player i reckon, hawks need his run.

Franklin and Zorko should stay - if their prices drop, don't worry, your 7 rookies will reap you plenty.

Team is too unbalanced Spent too much money .Watts may be a bad pick as he look disinterested and dosen't to be able to handle a tag. So you maybe better off trading him out for a rookie and upgrading one of your rookie midfielders otherwise if you stay with midfield you going to drop further behind. Fwd Line has too many premiums would have better with Monfries in that fwd line.
