Wow... That's crazy. Apart from the fact that he wasn't the fittest cricketer going around, he was bloody good. Very sad news.

He has now been placed in an induced coma so it must be some pretty serious injuries he has sustained. Lets hope he gets through it all with no major long term damage.

Good to hear his condition is improving, has offered brief interaction with his family and hospital staff and has gone from being in a critical condition to a stable one.

Well he has been discharged from hospital now, has gone home, and looks like he will make a full recovery from his injuries. He is set to decide whether or not he will play cricket in the future later.
