Had both Mitchell and Kommer as emergency for Beams..dt decided to take mitchell's score of 24 over Kommer's 60.. Isn't it supposed to take the highest score?

nope... always takes the smallest... otherwise you could exploit each week by having 2 players on the bench and non-player on the field and get the highest score between the 2 each week
