When does the round 1 lockout end?

Need to get in some free agents before anyone else in my league nabs them. What time are we able to trade for players who have already played round 1?

Round 1 lockout will finish about half an hour after the game today.
Not sure when you will be able to pick up free agents.
I'm considering picking up a free agent too. Does that affect your waiver priority order ?

No it won't impact on the waiver priority unless the free agent was released by an opposing team and the waiver period (48 hours I think) hasn't expired.

Well last year lockout finished at about 11 which is a bout 3 and a half hours after the last game finished so I'm tipping about 9.30-10 o'clock.
