I had Al Davey. Then found I could save some cash by trading him to Chris Yarran (as a starting player). Is Yarran sure to start? (Blues fans?)
Is it other peoples opinions that he could do just as good a scoring job as Davey? I missed out on Rioli from the start last year and dont want to do that again as I am hearing Yarran 09 is Cyril 08.

Yarran is nearly certain to start round 1, but I think he'll only average 60 at best.

And that is what Alwyn Davey has averaged over the last two seasons (neither Davey is all that great as far as big scores go). So the swap was good as it gave me back 60 thou. Thanks.

Yarran is easily the better option out of those two.

You are definitely better off getting rookies than guys like Al Davey - whether it is Yarran or Walker or Ballantyne or Grant or........

A TEAM

yes davey has only avgd 60 but only played 22 games! riddled by injury since his been drafted. If he plays 17+ games this season his avg will get up to mid 80's! Tackling machine and goal sneak! if fit knights will pick him period!

Is Yarran, worth the extra 45k over players like Brown, Walker, Gumbleton, Grant etc?

Atm he is not in my side, but he will almost definetly play rnd. So, is it worth downgrading a gun to upgrade an 86k player to Yarran?

Mish

Yarren will be very similar to rioli last year, he is ready for AFL and will play alot of the season, he should average between 50-70 this year meaning he may well go up much higher than the other cash cows and will play more often.

i think i will choose yarren over ziebell after ziebells crap round 2 performance.
