Currently going Blicavs R2 with Daw emg myself.

^ this guy is super smart :)

i'm doing that too  ;D
May have Rowe on the forward bench for another option.
Oh yeah Currie is R4.

Colliwobblers

Cox - Burger - Bliv - Daw  for me , and trying to squeeze o'hailpin on the fwd bench - rowe is almost worthless especially once waite is back

Don't have all the information yet but I would be VERY happy if Berger became a sideways trade!

after this comment from me, reports are rowe will 'debut' this round....

so what do i know, but i still think he is worthless from a fantasy perspective in 2013.

Really don't think the rookie strategy will work
1) I don't think they will score well
2) I don't think they have JS. West was pushing for round 1 and is only a couple away so will push Blicavs out. Currie and Daw still have to get through Goldy.

It's definitely a round-by-round proposition. But Leuenberger will be cheaper for longer now, so it won't be hard to re-correct. Worth the punt once you spend the extra money on other lines for mine. Plus premo rucks have been underwhelming in the 2 games thus far... could be a trend (a bit like most premo defenders being underwhelming in 2011?).

Benched, and swapped Cox into the ruck.
So rnd 1 rucks: Cox, Kreuz (Leuy, Currie)
Possible Rnd 2 rucks: Kreuz, Leuy (Currie, Rowe)

Blicavs looks to me the be the beneficiary of the new ruck rule. Even more so that Naitanui.

Rucks in the two games so far have looked exhausted by the end of the third quarter. Blicavs will have more endurance and running capacity than any other ruck given his background so I think he could be a good chance to retain his spot at least until both Hmac and West are fit.

Geelong could even use him to run other rucks off their feet while he is playing, in tandem with a West/Hmac type.

Adamant

I've changed my mind.

I've gone Berger to Rowe, Patton to Petterd and NRoo to Buddy. Still don't have Karnezis. :)

Its round 1... everyone is exhausted by the end of the quarter.
Don't forget fellas, Bicavs has never played an AFL game. He might be an elite runner but he's still gotta compete with the best rucks in the comp, win taps, hit taps to advantage and find the pill around the ground.
I honestly just think 2 premo's is much safer than hoping a rookie ruck will score 50-60+ for more than 1 round.

How about this:
Start 2 premium's in the rucks and 2+ mid prices in the fwd line.
Before Berger plays his 3rd game trade out the worst performing fwd mid pricer/one least likely to keep increasing etc out, move cox to the fwd line and bring Berger into the rucks.

What to do you think?
