Hello all,

Just wondering if anyone who is thinking of upgrading to Leuy prior to round 4. With him not playing rd 1 is it worth using a rookie ruckman for 3 weeks that is playing eg. Rowe or Bilcavs saving a little cash and then get Leuy after price increase of rookie ruck prior to round 4. I understand the rookie would not have peaked but would give you a chance to look at Leuy then if he is firing you would only need a small bit of cash to get him after using rookie ruck in trade after his first price increase.

The rookie ruck strategy is a very risky one
Blicavs will get the nod this week but West isn't far away and was really pushing for selection for round 1. Expect him to push Blicavs out in round 2.
Currie is fighting with Goldy for that number #1 spot
Scott said Daw is in their best 26-28 players and fighting for selection
Rowe's JS is shaky as well

Ricochet is right that is has it's risk but I think if ever there was a year to to it this is it

Leuy is underdone and carries his own injury risk
