If u have 4 bench players, do u have one in each position?

no they can be in any position

Its a bit confusing, I personally do and I think it's the way to go but you don't have to have it. I could be wrong but when there is a zero on the field, it was my thoughts that the player who scored the least on the bench regardless of position's score that you get. Could be wrong, can't remember where I got it from it'll probably be covered on the website's rules.

I had some DPPs in my M/F in my fwds and some M/B in my backs along with Cox in my fwd so i had 2 fwds and 2 backs on my bench

So
if 2 backs go down i have 2 on the bench
if 4 mids go down i can get 2 from backs and 2 from fwds and play bench players
if 2 rucks go down i have cover
if 2 fwds go down i have cover
