8/10 nice team
Cheers mate have you got a link to your side?

Found a way to get Buddy in my side, thoughts?

DEF: Goddard, Gibbs, Heppell, Brown L, Goodes, Stevenson (Docherty, Terlich)
MID: Ablett, Swan, Kennedy, Cotchin, Dangerfield, O' Meara, Crouch, Mitchell K (Hrovat, Viney)
RUC: McEvoy, Leuenberger (Witts, Currie)
FWD: Franklin, Cox, Rockliff, Bartel, Varcoe, Macaffer (Neade, Kerridge)

Majak

Nice team, if you go cotch to murphy will that free up enough cash to get a more solid prem at d3?

DEF: Goddard, Gibbs, Birchall, Brown L, Goodes, Stevenson (Docherty, Terlich)
MID: Ablett, Swan, Kennedy, Cotchin, Dangerfield, O' Meara, Wines, Mitchell K (Crouch, Viney)
RUC: McEvoy, Leuenberger (Witts, Currie)
FWD: Wright, Cox, Rockliff, Bartel, Karnezis, Macaffer (Neade, Kerridge)

Spent a long time tinkering over the last few days, what do you reckon?

Converted

Defence - three solid options. Risky structure with 3 rooks needing to play each week but seems to be the done thing with so many def rookies getting a crack in the NAB so far.
Mids - five prems you will no doubt want in your team come seasons end, rookies standard.
Ruck - like the McEvoy pick - good pod and will pump out consistent scores without probably being in the top 3 rucks you would have thought. IMO get ruck/forward in for link with Cox - Sam Rowe at Calton has been going well until getting a niggle last week.
Forwards - Cox, Rocky, Bartel all good picks. Few people doubt the Bartel pick but consistent perfect for getting league wins week in week out. Don't know much about Karnezis but seems to be having a good NAB and is one of many mid-pricers to choose from. I've gone Varcoe for JS reasons. Only issue is Wright - I had him in my team locked at F4 all season until i watched him play against Geelong, along with most of the Adelaide players he struggled to find a target which is a massive worry for SC scoring. Should be solid but I would keep an eye on him next week to see how he uses the ball!

Griffo - your team is horribly similar to my current team so I'm bias, but looks the goods at this stage and i'll give it a 9/10.
Good luck!

Cotch for andrew swallow, to save some money and maybe upgrade a forward rookie to varcoe

#22
Defence: Pretty good; it's unknown what will become of Hawthorn's backline with the inclusion of Roughead down back (potentially) and recruit of Lake. However Birchall is a g
ood pick; he was on my watch list last year but didn't get time to include him!

Midfield: Can't fault, they're all proven premiums and popular rookies

Rucks: I personally have gotten off the Luenberger bandwagon, however his price has enabled you to get an ultra-premium mid over Fyfe/Greene. Obviously you're happy with the risk, so yeah

Forwards: I like Wright. On the weekend Bartel proved his scoring potential and is at a agreeable price; good point of difference. I don't know much about Karnezis but he played well on the weekend so worthy of inclusion, however it's yet to be determined where he'll play when the best 22 are in the field
Also, as a port supporter I don;t think Neade will play very much, the Butcher's and maybe Mason Shaw (despite not getting a touch in almost 3 quaters in the weekend) Robbie Gray, may provide too much competition

Updated my side after last weekends round of NAB cup matches, what do you think?
