You've loaded your fwd line with 3 from one side...if tiges lose you lose. Other than that its a fair side.....good luck....6/10.

nonnahs

yeah i thought that butbrown and richo scored well last year, and i think richmond will improve some this year...
What if switched those 2 for o'keefe and didak instead

Richo_Richo_Man

ur rite tiges should improve...>$1m with Brown/Richo...so many options available...mayb Harvey/Cloke?

PS> Whatever, i think all coaches will be racing to change their side at the last  moment like 2008 with the thurs start...web freezes and then ur stuck!

nonnahs

What is everyones thoughts on this team now??????

Watto

U have 5 cheapies (around 200,000) up forward: J. Reiwoldt, Veszpremi, Higgins, Krakouer, Skipworth, maybe remove Bowden/Cornes and then upgrade 1 or 2 of them

nonnahs

I just think that the cheapies in the forward line have more chance of rising then the lesser type guys in the back line, find it silly just trying to build up your forward line just to compete with your backline, after all its the full sides score that counts not what each area of the ground scores..

I have gone with the highest priced stars to start with as i don't want to trade to get these guys later on, as sure enough most people will do, i'd rather have them in my team from the get go and count on 2 of my lesser mids stepping up in value and trading them up come round 8 to 9

As for the forwards,  i have the same thinking here i believe the 200k guys have more potential (or body conditioning) to develop faster then your rookies, so slowly upgrade them later in the season.

however i am probably just full of it..
everyone is an expert at this at this time of year....

Watto

Dunno if Murphy + Gibbs will work, there are plenty of options (K. Cornes/Bolton/Kerr) for that much

But yeah if the 200k's do well, you'll be laughing, but if not......
Best case scenario: it comes off and they all go up to around 400k, then you trade for some guns
Worst case: You spend 1mil on guys and then have to waste trades to get rookies

So its not too bad if it doesnt work, so go for it

Watto

Swallow is quite cheap, but there are so many good midfielders, you might want to trade. Same thing with Burgoyne, he's good, but so are Dal Santo/Swan/Mitchell, but its up to you.

You might want to consider putting Hill in as a Back, because with so many cheap midfielders, if you can put him in defense this will free up a spot in the Mid
