What is everyone's thoughts on Patty Karnezis? Same price range as Byrnes, Varcoe, Knights and co. Seems to be playing a very DT friendly wing/midfield role. If this continues I can see him averaging more then the others mentioned but doubt he will keep this role? Any Lion supporters got anymore info?

I think it was Ringo earlier in the week that mentioned Karnezis will be moving into a wing role actually thought about him during the week after those comments his performance today didn't do his chances any harm.

Yeh is starting to look very DT friendly. Not sold on Varcoe, knights or Byrnes just yet and have a mid-priced fwd spot open. Just not sure wether he'll keep his wing role much into the regular season.

Yeah, Karnezis played more mid in the two's last year. Played half forward in his first year and is a goal sneak.

Karnezis became a fantastic ball winner in the reserves competition, averaging 28 disposals, including six games where he surpassed the 30-touches mark.
