Ok Guys after many hours of deliberation I have come up with the following team
Have I got any chance of getting into the top 10000 with this or should I just give up?

Backs
Goddard, Gibbs, Hanley, Goodes, Pittard, Van Unen (Mitchell & Viney)
Mids
Ablett, Pendelbury, Beams, J Selwood, Fyfe, Varcoe, Couch, O'Meara (Mitchell & Viney)
Ruck
Maric, Leuenberger (Rowe & Daw)
Fwds
Cox, Roughead, Walker, Rockliff, Byrnes, Neade (Mc Caffer & Lee)

$7,000.00 left in the kitty

Doesn't look to bad, little weak down back but provided ya rookies get named round 1 and seem to have good JS its not a massive problem.....although you have doubled up with your mid and back bench there :p

As Long as Rookies like Van Unen get early games and Beams fires again this you have as much chance as anyone else who has a competitive team to make the Top 1000.
Backs 3 Premium 3 Rookies Strategy will work if all 3 Cash Cows start in the early rounds without being green vested
Mids: Beams is a nice unique pick this hope he is worth it. I don't think there is any advantage having Varcoe in the Mids with the trades we have this year
Rucks: As Leuey playsa few Nab Cup games he is worthwhile otherwise upgrade to a premium
Fwds: Seems ok 4 premium forwards is needed.

Overall: Good Balanced team here give it a 7.5/10. One of the few teams that has Dayne Beams
