i like the 2nd team better.

def - 3 premos and bock. nice. iffy on waters. and bock will be underdone. change to Russell he'll avg 80ish make you some quick cash for upgrades.

mids - a tad bit too much spent here. there is plenty of mid rookie choices who will earn you much much more money.
i'd personally swap out ball to a rookie as you dont need both ball/embley and ugrade Barlow to a premo.

ruck - standard

fwd - not bad. risky. but not bad.
