Different. If they all fire (ie mid pricers and premiums - you've got 18 BUT they won't)

Seems like only about 7 - 9 genuinely realistically hopeful cash cows. You'll be our poor cousin I reckon.

Bock could be out for a while.

MJ - prefer others - even Broughton / Heppell / Hanley

Lake could be a ripper.

I think you need at least 1 (preferably 2) of GAJ / Swan and Pendles.

The 3 top mids are excellent though.

Boyd is messy and I think better for DT.

I think Hayes has peaked.

Cunnington - I wouldn't - not sure why - I just wouldn't.

Rucks will lose ground compared to other combinations posted.

Need more firepower up forward. If Byrnes / Krakouer flop - trouble.

Hawkins - hot and cold but may break out.

Like Breust but I like Hawthorn.

I can't stand JRoo's tantrums so avoid him.

This team could work but a long shot I reckon.

I've taken out Bock and Johnson from defence and put in Heppell and Ted Richards
In the midfield, I took out boyd and hayes and put in Issac Smith and Dane Swan.
Ruck I traded out Zac Smith for David Hale
Forward I traded Riewoldt and Byrnes for Travis Varcoe and Josh Kennedy (eagles)

I have $15200 left.

Better but Ted Richards? Never ever ever seen him in a team before. Might tell you something?

Isaac Smith doesn't often change the course of a game so I don't like him in SC.

Is Swan is good.

Hale Ok but with Bailey coming back and competing with Buddy, Roughead, Gunstan and maybe Schoenmakers and Lake who can swing forward I am wondering whether he has peaked.

Those mid Fwds could work for you.

Different team with some good uniques.i wouldn't pick Johnson so yeah grab Heppell or even better Shaw or Gibbs. Pearce is better value as a back. Save money and just get Yarran or a rookie instead of Richards. He's a great player and had a good year but he is a KPP (key position player)
So is Lake but he could go big at the hawks. Keep him.

Get Ablett! I like Isacc Smith but he (like Heppell) gets too many uncontested versus contested possesions. Keep Swan but get Ablett. Like JPK,Danger and Cotch.

Leuenberger from Lions is heaps better value than Giles,Hale or Smith(will score the same or more) so eventhough everyone has him he is just too good value to pass up. Then spend the money on Ablett.

I would like to see a Pav/Walker/Buddy/Cox in the forwards to strengthen them. So spend your 150 k on strengthening Forwards and getting Ablett

I took richards out for broughton
I took smith out for Steve Johnson. Not going for Ablett since I'm very happy with my midfield although a replacement for steve would be nice as he is on and off at times.
Ryder and Leuenburger come in for Hale and Giles
No changes to the forward line as of yet since I hope Kennedy will fire up but might trade out hawkins.

First of all you have many problems with team and they are you have too many Mid Price players and not enough premiums will start off with your Def: Michael Johnson can be hot one week and cold the next. So i would replace him  with Birchall or  Heppell.
Mids: With your midfield i would do the following replace Hayes with one of Swallow,Shuey or Joel Selwood. Replace Cunnington with O'Meara.
Rucks: Ryder Could work out ok but i prefer Goldstein or Jacobs
Fwds: Replace Riewoldt with either Cox or Roughead as you have Ryder in the ruck. Iwould upgrade Krakouer with the money you have remaining.

I give your team a rating of 7/10 only because you have put a few uniques in there but with no Ablett OR Pendlebury will struggle early.

sorry to say but i think you need a complete re-tool mate. you're just very mediocre all over the park. not much room for improvement/upgrades without burning through trades, yet your scoring power is very limited. i'm sure one or two of the unique picks you made will have an above expected season, but not all.

can you post a pic of your team since you made changes? off the first pic i'd lose most of: lake, johnson, bock, boyd, hayes, pearce, cunnington, giles, smith, jroo, bruest, krak. remember the old premium/rookie mantra of fantasy football.

Team has been updated. Unsure on whether to keep ball or trade him for a rookie and upgrade krakouer/kennedy.

i would pick one of hodge/ball and one of kennedy/krak, then use the extra cash to make a forward premium.
