Looks pretty sound if your set on the 4 premo mids theory.

Couple of question mark players

Lake: Who really knows what he will produce at the Hawks....will he intercept mark or will he Gibson just spoil every ball that goes in

Walker and Hawkins together is a little risky for mine, when they both fire your score will be nice but they will also miss a few times during the season aswell and will frustrate you, i'd go with one or the other and pick up someone a bit more consistent, but thats just me

Def: I think you are Better of with either Atley or Yarran at D4 as they will be more consistent. Jed Adcock is a nice unique pick. Staker is undergoing Surgery so you may want to rethink that pick also.
Mids: There are Better Options than Brad Hill  i would replace him with Brad Crouch.
Rucks: Solid
Fwds: Although i don't recommend having both Buddy & Roughead but it may work out for you.

I only count 11 premiums in this team maybe a couple short. so i rate your team a 7/10
