Hi guys,

Still waiting to absolutely lock in my rookies but currently:

Backs: Enright, Fisher, Hodge, Gilbee, Carrazzo, Kennelly, Ladson Emg Maguire, Davis

Mids: Ablett, Pendlebury, Mitchell, Trengrove, Martin, Shuey Emg Banner, Bastinac

Rucks: Tippett, Kreuzer Emg Warnock, Trengrove

Forwards: Riewoldt, Pavlich, Franklin, Gray, Dangerfield, Ziebell, Burton Emg Rockliff, Dennis-Lane

Have gone to the riskier option of 3 starting rookies.  Still deciding between Gray and Gia, Mitchell and ROK, Ladson and Schoenmakers and 7th starting forward.  Any comments and Feedback would be greatly appreciated.

IMO i think you've just about nailed it as it is and here are some reasons behind my answer.
Ladson should out score Schoenmakers quite easily around 20 pts or so so no contest as the money saved doesn't help that much.
Mitchell will be in a far stronger Hawk midfield and they love giving him the ball, i'm afraid that Sydney will be lucky to square the win/loss ledger so stick with Sam.
As regards Gray and Gia - should be a very close flip of the coin, the only reservation about Gia is older and had injury last year while Gray is on the up - Gia though does play for a premiership aspirant - hell go with your vibe!

Thanks for that lozza63,

That backs up some of my thoughts, wish Gray had have played in the nab  game to give some indication of how he's going.

Any other issues people can see?  Ratings would be nice if people have a chance.  Thanks for your time.

I really like this team, probably because you have a lot of players that I've been messing around with in my team...I think yours looks a bit more even than mine though, because I can't seem to take Riewoldt AND Goodes out of my team...

I'm not entirely confident about Burton, maybe for a few weeks until he gets some cash for you then trade him out - I don't think he's a long term option. Possibly taylor walker, played well in a game where crows got pumped..Could free up cash for you pre-round 1..

Hodge will go up 40k this year IMO. I want to get Gray but I haven't watched him enough to be confident with, all I have is statistics as I hardly watch Port as most of their games are on Fox Sports

MAte i really rate this team too!!!! it is similier to mine...thats why its good :)

All seriousness though i don't really see were you can improve on it... As Lozza says nail it in and go with it!

this is were mine differs:

Backs: Goodwin, Enright, Fisher, Hodge, Harbrow, Kennelly, Hunt Emg Trengrove, Davis

Mids: Ablett, Selwood, Mitchell, Cooney, Trengrove, Martin,  Emg Banner, Shuey

Rucks:Kreuzer, Nic Nac Emg Warnock, Roughhead

Forwards: Riewoldt, Pavlich, Franklin, Murphy, Ziebell, Burton, Dennis Lane Emg Rockliff, Podsiadly

I like the first team more...

Reasons being; You have nic nat in the ruck and you have one too many premiums in the backline...I think you could downgrade harbrow and upgrade Murphy in the forwardline

Thanks for the great comments.

Burton was a last minute add in playing around with this spot for a player who can have a few big games early and upgrade round 5 -12 depending on form and other premiums having a shocker.  He looked good in nab so thought he might fit the bill but open to ideas.  Taylor Walker could be another good option will watch how he plays.  Mayne has also been supported by some people.

Also haven't seen much of Gray and have put in Gia instead as he has had a strong off season.

More comments still appreciated.

Hi all,

watching how Malcheski and H.Shaw played and the talk about Nic Nat I have made some minor changes to my team (will be the last one I post).

Backs
: Enright, Fisher, Hodge, Joel MacDonald, Kennelly, Malcheski, Ladson (Maguire, Trengrove)

Mids: Ablett, Dal Santo, Mitchell, Trengrove, Martin, Morabito (Banner, L Jetta)

Rucks: Sandilands, Naitanui (Warnock, Skipper)

Forwards: Riewoldt, Pavlich, Franklin, Giansiracusa, Varcoe, Dangerfield, Ziebell (Rockliffe, Podsiadly)

Feedback and comparison to first team again greatly appreciated and thanks for all the assistance received so far.

Some comparisons between these teams would be great.
