76K still under budget, I was considering starting D. Martin in place of McVeigh (Prob trade for Scully) in order to free up another 150K or so..

thoughts? Thanks  :)

Backs...Don't get sold on Malceski after one decent game....Make sure you what his other trials as he has been very ordinary in SC of recent times.
Others are pretty good

Mids...No Ablett isn't good and don't trade Cooey for Judd. Cooney will have a much better year this year. Stick with him.
You need to add Morabito to that midfield and play at least one rookie. So in my eyes, Walker and McVeigh go

Rucks...Terrible. You have one that is injured all the time and the other is coming back form a full knee reco...Very very risky.

Forwards...I would swap Brown for Harvey. Harvey is excellent value being under 500K. I am worried that Fevola will take some of Browns points.
Don't like Hall either. Just as likely to deck a bloke and get 6 weeks.

Anyway just my opinions

Bs Flyers

- First thing I think is that there is a lot of money on the bench.
-There are a lot of players below that true premium level and a lot of midpriced players. Most of the mid priced players should improve but could also have very poor weeks.
- I think Martin for McVeigh would be a good move and agree with bjrouse that you need to have some more rookie mids.
- The mids still look a bit weak for mine as do the rucks.
- Also a few players under injury issues: Burgoyne, Wonna, Hille as well as Ottens, Higgins being injury prone.
- Charman should be good but have to watch for his role in the new lions, same for J Brown.
- Barry Hall is a risk but could pay off just have to have a trade free for his suspension for a big chunk of the season  ;D.

All good suggestions, thanks :)

agree with some, not others (would be a dull world if we all thought the same though!)

Still happy with the current line-up

Mids
Brought Martin into the starting side at the expense of Walker (who i traded for Morabito).. Will trade Masten for a premium if i have the $$ to do so.. Ablett has been in and out of my side 3-4 times already.. He really has to exceed last year to not drop value i would think, i came up with that it was better to get pendles and spend the $150K saving elswhere..

Rucks
Agree its too much of a risk having both Ottens and Hille in the side. Got a good feeling about Ottens this year though so i guess its Hill who goes.. but who for? Thoughts on Jesse White as a starting ruck? meant be be playing forward this year..

Forwards
Have traded Brown for Harvey.. Wonaeamirra worries me a starter but seems great value as a cash cow if he goes well early
