Updated Team - Overall...thoughts?

Aiming for overall, highlighted players indicate players that will probably be changed before round 1 due to injury or suspension, etc. but are sitting in there now just incase. An alternative to this is the exact same team but trading heppell/grimes into chris yarran which saves approx. $100K which can then be used to upgrade Staker to Shannon Byrnes....thoughts/advice? :)

Johnson is gone mate - Bite the bullet and bring in a more mid oriented player for him. Some players that I have been considering are Christensen, Rioli, Dahlhaus, Bartel, Zorko, Wright and (you've already got) Martin.

I would keep Heppell - I think he's due to have a good year, as is Grimes.

Nice mate. It looks fairly standard - you might like to research up a potential break-out candidate to pop in there as a point of difference. At the moment you'll be fighting about 10,000 other people who have the exact same team.

Looks better now though, at least you should have a full squad come rd1.

Def: Great defence leave as is as there has been no change from the first team you listed.Just need to watch how Heppell goes as he didn't go as well in 2nd nab cup  game due to Goddards influence. Hartlett or Hurn may be good options if this continues.
Mids: As for that Pod Moloney may be Consider A. Swallow as well instead of Dangerfield so iprefer your second team
Rucks:  Standard There has no Change Here
Fwds: The updated teams fwd line is much better now that Johnston & Staker are out.

Overall team has been improved give it a 8/10
