Hartlett, fit so far and Ports best player
Hanley, been inconsistant so far
Shaw, usually popular
Scotland, old but there abouts
Heppell, up and comer, has to improve
Duffield, left to free the half back?
Broughton, what will be his role?
Houli, can he improve?
Suckling, no ones taking that risk are they?

Just who are the best to fit into our starting midfields?

I rate Heppell above all. Priced at only mid-80s but should go 90+, I reckon around 95.

2nd Grimes, 3rd Duffield.

Not in terms of scoring, in terms of how good a selection they are.

Tossing up between Birchall, Duffman and Heppell as D4 from that lot.

I actually really like Birch as a starter. I'm not expecting an improvement in average, but he is a safe 85+ every week and should once again be a top 6-8 defender. Will be unique too.

I've been looking at Grimes v Stanley for DEF 3 and Hartlett v Broughton for DEF 4. At this stage its Grimes and HH but neither will be locked until after preseason.

Me i'm not sure, Grimes, Heppell, Duffman all looking pretty good in rocks colours but Hartlett who I have seen since early Westies days is darn tempting, Broughton needs to prove he can get the numbers in the (blatent over commersialization in the nab) Cup before I put him in

I've gone Hep, will improve again & Broughton coz I love the Gregory roller coaster.

First time in a few years I haven't had Birch. Will stay the same or drop with the inclusion of Lake? Just a thought, mostly.

3 quality premiums there mate! Unless Shaw does something stupid (very viable possibility) I would say they will all be right up there by end of the year, Shaw seems unique!
