siwel

Good solid team

Sandi worth the risk with 30 trades

Not sure about Redden if your getting in a premium and paying top $ u want a guarenteed proven top 10-12 score imo

Samm79

Hard to fault. If your premiums are spread out well over the byes then this team will work. I am also not sure with Redden, but could be risk worth taking.

Ringo

Solid team now Hoggy.

Def: Solid Personally would prefer a 4th prem in defence but your structure,
Mids: Sound - Redden may not increase scoring much more although he has been working on his disposal efficiency.  which has been his let down in the past, in the off season. From a lions perspective expect Rich to outscore Reddan this year.
Rucks: Very solid 9 one of the few teams I have seen with Gawn as emergency.  IMO he will be given games this year with the departure of Martin and well worth the price.
Fwds: Again solid with interesting selections in Breust, Sippos and Blease

Thanks for the comments guys.

Do you guys think the team would be stronger as is,

Or...

Dusty -> Broughton
Staker -> Lee
Osborne -> Staker
Redden -> Cotchin
Sandilands -> Bellchambers
Colquhoun -> Wines
Bank: $66,500

Doesn't change my overall structure, it jurt rearranges some cash.

Thoughts??

New Team:

Def: Gibbs (D/M), Hanley, Grimes, Broughton (D/F), Pittard, Thurlow, [Van Unen, Terlich]

Mids: Ablett, Pendlebury, J.Kennedy, Dangerfield, Hannebury, Ball, K.Mitchell, Viney, [O'Meara, Crouch]

Rucks: Bellchambers, Leuenberger, [Currie, McBean (R/F)]

Fwds: Cox (R/F), Rockliff (M/F), Martin (M/F), Breust, Siposs, Staker (D/F), [Macaffer, Lee]

Bank: $2,100.

I'm not 100% about Goddard atm, think he could get the defensive tag. Bit touch and go with Broughton too, but I can just switch him straight to Heppell if I want.

Other than that, I think I'm set on this structure. Breust, Siposs and Hannebury are big chances for breakouts imo and Ball is an easy jump to a Fallen Prem.

PICCOLLO

Big midfield at the cost of your forward line.  Not a structure id go for given the mid rookies prospects that'll get early games.
Goddard is a mid dressed up as a defender at a club he'll flourish with: gotta have him.
Hanneberry and Ball is risky.  Embley the value midprice pick.  Are you getting Hanneberry bcos of easy games early?  From memory he likes it tough and doesnt score that well vs the new teams.

I've kind of changed my structure a bit.

Defs: Goddard, Gibbs, Hanley, Grimes, Staker (D/F), Pittard, (Colquhoun (D/M), Terlich)

Mids: Ablett, Swan, Kennedy, Dangerfield, Ball, Stevens, K.Mitchell, Crouch, (O'Meara, Viney)

Bellchambers, Leuenberger, (Currie, McBean (R/F))

Cox (R/F), Rockliff, Martin (M/F), Breust, Siposs, Varcoe (M/F), (Macaffer, Lee)

Bank: $13,200.

I've had this team set for 4 days, without touching it, so I really like it.

I really like your defence and mids here, they are really strong. I'm not sold on Bellchambers, I don't think he will be a super premium scorer.

I don't really like Breust and Siposs in there, but I suppose they could have breakout years.

Overall it is a good, solid team, only change I would make is Siposs to Byrnes and use the spare cash to upgrade Bellchambers to someone like Goldstein.

I think Breust will boost his disposals by 2-5, and just with that will boost his avg by 10-15. Coming from a St.Kilda supporter, Siposs is odds on for Goddard's role off half back. And Bellchambers is going to take the no.1 ruck off Ryder and have a mini breakout season.
