Good on ya oc16

I told you essendon2 the business gets pretty tough :P
cheers jukes

mdub

defs- good mix of proven performers and rookies as well as some risks that can bring high rewards. 8.5/10.

mids- i think there are midpricers with more upside out there then moloney. good dpp in martin and as the season progresses u can always swap him into ur fwdline and replace him with a premium mid. 8.25/10.

rucks- nothing out of the ordinary. 8/10

fwds- im guessing the menzel u have is troy, and if that is the case - 8.75/10

overall- 33.5/40

oc16

magpie

defs- apart from docherty's job security - theres not much i can fault. 8.5/10

mids- so far one of the best starting mids i have seen. 9.25/10

rucks- very good. 9/10

fwds- i am still not completely sold on sylvia, and it will be hard for lamb to break into the swans starting 22. 8.25/10

overall: very good. 35/40

defs-
Goddard, Gibbs, grimes, hanley, bock, staker, (pittard, stevenson)

mids-
swan, cotchin, pendlebury, redden, dangerfield, o'meara, mitchell, crouch, (viney, goodes)

rucks-
maric, leuenberger, (grundy, gawn)

fwds-
franklin, rockliff, wright, byrnes, daniher, menzel, (macaffer, lee)

Likes
Strong backline and midfield
Matty Wright
Dangerfield is a good POD premium

Dislikes
Macaffer, Gawn and Staker, aka general rookie issues :P
Franklin, won't average as much as SJ but is more expensive

Suggestions
Macaffer -> Mayes
Gawn is injured and will miss a chunk of pre-season and early on, would prefer Daw or Witts.
Staker -> Docherty or Colquhoun
Buddy -> Stevie J

Ratings
Backs: 8.5/10
Mids: 9/10
Rucks: 8/10
Forwards: 7.5/10 (not because of poor players, just because there's three premos and a MP)
Overall: 8.25/10

thanks for that jukes and theres a few things i want to talk to u about.

-i posted this team up before i heard about gawn, i have since traded him to daw.
-now that i think about it, johnson should average more then franklin - cheers for the tip  :)
-also what is wrong with staker? - i would think he is a certainty to play round 1!?!.
-im also a bit unsure why u dont like the idea of having macaffer (hopefully u could inform me why) - from all reports he is killing it on the track.
-im also thinking now that mayes probs has better job security then menzel and maybe less prone to being the sub - u can let me know what u think about this idea though.

Staker and Macaffer are extremely injury prone, and I don't see them in their respective side's best 22.

Yeah Mayes has better JS than Menzel imo.

Likes
Nicky Riewoldt, Matty Wright and the rest of your strong forward line, even though I hate Dusty Martin.
Good choice in midfield rooks
Good backline premium/MP selection

Dislikes
Swan Ablett sheep :P
I would normally say Macaffer and Staker but doesn't sound like anybody is listening so whatever :P just don't come crying to me @everybody when they play 3 games each for 40 averages.
At this stage I'd prefer Matty Jones to Hrovat, probably too early to call though.
