I think this team can score consistently in the early rounds and compete against in the head to head battles. As i build my team it can only become stronger , and I'm hoping my gutsy or silly decisions on the structure of this team will pay off . Feel free to leave your comments !

Too many premo mids to start with, you'll find that making enough money to be difficult going that way. ln the long run it'll cost you bigtime

You will struggle by mid season, starting all the big guns is a risk as a lot will drop in value and other cheaper options will rise in value, starting all the guns may work initially but you won't generate the cash to upgrade and will lose out

The gun rookie priced midfielders need to come into consideration, so many that could do very well

Def:  looks week.  I think you want two to three 500k players in your team.  Bok is a big risk at D3.  If you are going to take the risk on him I think it's better at D4 or D5.

Mid: I understand the theory of what your trying to do but I think you have left your back line especially exposed.  I think you could afford to downgrade two of Swallow, Boyd & Thompson at least one to a rookie and spend the cash in other lines.

Ruck: standard combo. I like Mumford as a POD

For: again looks week.  I think you need at least another 500k+ player in your team.  I'm also not sold on Macaffer as a starter.  As a Pies supporter I'm not sure about his job security.  Goldsack essentially played his position last year and presents the added flexibility of being a swingman.  Also having been injured so early last year, I'm not sure how he fits into Buckley's plans.

I understand your thinking - However it is hard to see where your cash cows will come from to allow upgrades in defence and forwards.

Will be extremely competitive early on but as other teams strategies start to kick in you may find yourself behind.

Most teams will be be looking at a 4/5/2/4 prem structure so you can see why you nay be behind as the season progresses.  Some teams may even only look at 3 prem defenders with an extra forward prem due to the very limited forward rookies in this line.

I started the same way last year (All premo mid) I finished 829
