Form guide last five rounds

Hello fellow fanstasy players.  im new to this and ive been trying to find some stats but struggling.

Would anyone know of the top ten form players for the last five rounds of 2012 dreamteam

I get them all off the assistant coach for dt. Just go to each player's profile and voila it's there.

i tired assistant coach but thought it would be easier than just going into each profile , time consuming oh well

Or you could just type in the player into the FF search and look at their 2012 scores.
