I am not worried about NAB cup, he is a quality player and cheap.  If he is named for round 1 i will still pick him.

Does that mean we cross him off our lists?

If he misses 5-6 weeks it just means he could be the perfect straight swap from a rookie thats had 3 price rises

Yeah he's gone!
What calf injury can be forecast to rule someone out for the first month of the H&A when its almost 5 months away? :S

If they are saying he wont be playing for the first 4 games when its that far away then im tipping he is having little to no pre season in the mean time

Said this in the DT board, but will say it again.

He would be a MASSIVE POD if anyone started with him.

No point having a POD that's not playing for the first month of the season though lol

Yeah, thats why I'm saying it would be stupid to do so, but he would be very unique.

Not unlike the Fevola smokey selection from last year! :o

Heard them say on the radio that its nerve damage from his reconstruction that has caused the issue with the calf hence the lenght of time they expect it to take.

When he returns he might start as sub for a few rounds. He might be a good trade later in the year.

Yep, may be able to downgrade a rook to him!

I would liked to of seen him have a good pre season and start ok, gotta say his fragillity is a worry for me. Hope this is just a hiccup and he comes back strong. :-\
