apparently heaps of dogs fans were livid over this :S

I don't know why, unless they don't understand how football works- this was the best possible scenario for everyone, lake wont be around by the time the dogs next make the 8, this way they get a couple of decent youngsters, and also give lake a chance at getting a premiership.
