Does Goddard Release Stanton?

Hey I was just thinking about Stants this season, although he is on my 'never again' list.  The reason why I was considering him is the fact that the Dons are getting better and acquired a key piece.  By that I mean, Goddard has joined, and players like Heppell etc are joining Watson as consistently good players.

With Goddard and Heppell stepping up in the Red and Black, will that release stants?  Or will this happen a couple of games and then coaches realise he burns the team, the result is copping the tag the following week?

I like the idea in theory, but I am not sure if I have the nuggets to back it in after he has burnt me before.

I dont think so.Clubs just need to play one on one with Stanton and he drops off.
I think he will get frustrated again because his team mates will look for BJ,Watson and Heppell more and more.
But im sure there will be weeks he will dominate. But to me the inconsistency will still be there.

Clubs will continue to target Stanton (or those with brains will) as he can be damaging and is easily shut out of the game, much more easily than Watson who wins his own ball.
