“@Richmond_FC: Maric 3 goals, Riewoldt, Deledio, McGuane, White and Edwards 2. We had Maric, Edwards, Tuck, Grigg, Deledio in the best”

Tiges finish off their pre-season with a 9 point win over the Doggies.  I was only following the game via live chat, so not sure on any stats or anything.  Extended highlights will be available on Monday though.  Another close win for us.  We were only 3 points up with not long to go before Jack kicked a goal late on.  Bring on Round 1!

Yeah I followed a bit of it to. Sounded like we played pretty ordinary to be honest but oh well! Pre season is done 4 wins 1 loss and no injuries! Cant complain with that!

Now bring on the blues, were due to get one back on them 8)

Well apparently Knights has had an injury affected pre season
QuoteChris Knights and Dylan Grimes, who have had injury-interrupted pre-seasons, are expected to get at least a half in Coburg's VFL match against Weribee on Sunday.
I think he should be good to go round one, but I have no idea what's wrong with him. Also good to see Grimes back.

At least it explains why Knights hasn't been playing.  You would think he would be in, or around, our best 22 plus we targeted him early on, so we must have faith in his ability.  Hopefully he gets himself right sooner rather than later.  Don't think he will make round one, but should be in the mix after that.

Goal highlights are up for our match against the Dogs.  The broadcast was pretty terrible, you can barely see what's going on, lol.  Still it's better than nothing I guess!

Some info on how Knights went in the practice match for Coburg.
Quote“Chris Knights (11 kicks, 17 handballs, seven marks) was terrific with his run and carry and also linked up well from stoppages.  He had a heap of the football for his three quarters

Big O with 45 hitouts, lol.  Great to see Grimes pull up well.  Can't wait until he's fully fit.  Knightsy with 28 touches in three quarters is pretty decent as well.
