Star Fremantle defender Luke McPharlin is keen to sign a new contract to remain part of a premiership push, surpassing what he had previously predicted as a retirement date in 2012.

When he signed his last deal he said he didnt think he would play past that contract.  Times have changed and I am excited to have McPharlin re-sign (hoping for 2 years)
