I thought it would be because Scully is a worse number one pick than Watts?

scullys injuries means he's about a year behind in development. Pretty big call to say he's a bad number one pick when he's only 21... goddards stats were significantly worse in his first 3 years, does that mean he was a bad no.1 pick?
