Very down on formm last few weeks. Supercoach scores reflect this. Bombers are tired and beaten. I know cos I'm a suffering Bombers fan. Pies will KILL US. His disposal is off and he's generally showing signs of another weary long season carrying thee whole midfield on his shoulders.

Am I crazy for thinking of using one of my last trades on him? Or playing Treloar istead? Who else is worried?

Players in a team that gets floggeed find it harder to score well.

colmullet

im contemplating straight swapping him out for another gun mid this round, he does look tired and is slowing like u say

I think he'll be alright this week. Collingwood always go head to head with other midfields and I reckon Jobe will be up for this game. Last crack for the year and against the pies he'll be up and about.

colmullet

he's been the only guy for Essondon to have a crack all season, seems he's finally buckling from the lack of help around him in the middle

CFC 1979

don't be mad man

watto is a prem for a reason

big heart and big score on the way this week

Dont trade him.
Collingwood dont tag so Jobe should do better than he has been latley.

Yep, definitely a keeper.  Essendon's season is over but Watson's motivation should still be high given that the Brownlow is still up for grabs.

Ablett seems to score pretty well.
Watson should be the least of your worries this weekend, you will get 120 out of him.

The players that I would be worried about are Dangerfield and S Thompson, they will most likely miss this week, freshen them up for week 1 of finals.

add Boyd, Greene and the likes to Ablett, the best player at a struggling club still gets 35+ touches

 :o :o ;)

Me too, but as said earlier should do well in the last round against the Pies. Traded Dahlhaus and Thompson S out for Tippett K on the bench and Priddis in a must win game for the Eagles. Cheers.

Cheers for the replies guys. I don't think I have the kahunas to trade him. Hopefully his disposal efficiency will lift without a tagger. And hopefully he doesn't do his hamstring, which he usually does once a season. It's why I never consider him for captain!
